How do I return my order?

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your items.

Products must be returned in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Once we receive your parcel, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Your refund will then appear on your original payment method within 2 to 5 working days.

You will be notified by email when your return has been received and refunded.


How to return your items

Returns are managed online for simplicity and traceability.
To begin your return, please click here and follow the steps:

  1. Fill in the return form and create your account if needed.

  2. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and full instructions by email.

  3. Drop off your parcel with the carrier indicated on the label.

Important: If you are returning items from different orders, please send them back in separate parcels with the correct return label for each.


Return costs

Within the EU: prepaid return labels cost approximately 10€.

 

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to change size or style, we invite you to:

  1. Return the item using the process above.

  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Once your new order is confirmed, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to refund the shipping cost of your second order (EU only).
