Shipping

We prepare and dispatch all orders with the utmost care from our studio in France.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 1 business day of your purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be prepared the following working day.

Delivery Options

At checkout, you can choose between:

  • Standard Home Delivery
    Your order will be delivered directly to your address via a tracked shipping service.

  • Mondial Relay (Service Point Delivery)
    If you select this option, a map will appear at checkout allowing you to choose your preferred pickup point near you (such as a local shop or convenience store).
    You’ll receive a notification once your parcel is ready for collection.

Both options are tracked, and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • France: 2–4 working days

  • European Union: 4–6 working days

  • Other destinations: 7–10 working days depending on location

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Free delivery may occasionally be offered — subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

Important Notes

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect addresses or customs processing outside the European Union.

International Shipping

Shipping outside the EU is not available yet but will be in the near future.
We are working on expanding our delivery zones — stay tuned via our newsletter or Instagram.
