100 % Cotton.
This piece is crafted using the traditional Ikat technique, where each thread is carefully resist-dyed before weaving to create the pattern.
The result is a design that feels alive — with soft edges and subtle movement, unique to every fabric.
Due to the artisanal nature of Ikat, slight variations in alignment or color may occur. These are not imperfections, but the mark of a true handwoven textile.
Woven and made in a family-run atelier in Kalkutta, where this intricate craft is preserved and passed down through generations.
Care
We recommend a cold wash for the first wash to help set the colors.
To preserve the beauty of the block print, machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with low spin, using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach.
Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade to protect the colors.
