Return Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Once your parcel has been received, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will then appear on your original payment method within 2 to 5 working days depending on your bank.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges and will personally assist you throughout the process.

You will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay return label along with all necessary instructions by email.

For exchanges, you will also be able to choose the Mondial Relay pickup point most convenient for you to receive your new piece.

Exchanges may also be made directly at our pop-up events whenever possible.

How much do returns and exchanges cost?

Returns and exchanges are entirely complimentary within Europe.

We provide prepaid Mondial Relay return labels to ensure the process is as simple and seamless as possible.
